Ok hi again ladies! I'm definitely going to be sticking around here for a while being that I only just broke into the 150's - like only just haha. I weigh in kilograms so my pound measurements are just converted from google. So..I'm currently 159.8 pounds haha. I'm confident I'll see another drop this week and can then be more solidly in here with you all, but for now I'm here! Looks like everyone in here is doing really well!

sounds like a lot of us need to re-group! lol! Myself included. I let myself only track about 1/2 a day of cals on paper over the weekend. I need to get more displined about writing everything down on the weekend just like I do during the week. It is just so much easier during the week when I am at a desk nearly every day and not on the go-go-go constantly like weekends are a lot of times!

Lilly I'm totally the same way, I know my weight is not "overweight" or if the scale BMI wise tells me it is it's barely so I find myself dieting and then ruining it myself. I think I figure if I'm not REALLY trying then I can't be disappointed when the numbers don't go down, yet we end up disappointed with ourself which is just as bad. What I would do is say the past week or whatever hasn't been cheats, but a break from constantly paying attention to what you eat, a reward for doing so well. Now it's time to get things back together to get to your final goal! You've totally got it!!!

Linds Yes it seems a lot of us need to regroup, I'm with you on that. But we have the support of 3FC so we can do it right!

153--hopefully those 150's will be gone before I know it!

StephanieM, I'm so thankful for your words. You're so right on all accounts, and I am determined to get it together! The way my diet works, I could be at goal in a month if I go cheat-free, which would be glorious.

LindsB, thanks for the book rec! I'll definitely look into it. I'm very frustrated with myself because my cheats happen only in social situations. The temptations don't come from my body being hungry, but from my mind feeling like I have no choice when I'm around others. Congrats on being so close to saying goodbye to the 150s!

Welcome back, ape85!

Brit, it's been an awful week for me plan-wise too. As long as you regroup and don't let it get you down, it's okay. Just remember that nothing feels as good as being skinny/healthy feels!

Hi, LiannaKole! It's nice to see that someone else is going through what I'm going through now, even though it's bad that we're both going through it at all! I've got to bring the ego back down and remember that I still have 15 more pounds to go. We're both going to love how 120 feels

Welcome again, rainbowstripe! We have a really great crowd in here So much so that I can't leave it, even though I've said adios to the 140s and 150s. The support is really wonderful, like LindsB said!

Mybigwish, thanks for the suggestion. I may have to take that route, even though ideally I wouldn't cheat at all. But we all know that's not how it works!

I have really got to get over this mental block of being in the 130s and being content. I'm really not satisfied, and I have to get to 120. The tiny, persistent voice in my head keeps telling me that my original goal was 130 anyway, and 120 was my ambitious goal. I'm now realizing that 120 is where I will be happiest. I WILL do it, and you all will get to your goals with me!! Have a great week!

shasha You're doing so great, just get back on and say no to that food! Or say yes in extreme moderation haha - if you're one of the people that can do that!

159.6 this morning! I know, only 2 ounces...but whatever...the more firmly I get myself into the 150s, the better I'll believe it. TMI warning - I feel like I'd weigh closer to 72kg (158.7pounds) if the damn poop would start moving...have been a little constipated yesterday/today.

Rainbow, I hate when that happens! Try the metamucil fiber pills with lots of water, it helped get things moving for me I always feel much heavier when I haven't gone in a bit. I don't eat wheat products or most gluten products so getting enough fiber can be a bit tricky!

Still maintaining the weight, but old habits are slowly slipping back. Not large amounts of food, just things I would normally stay away from. If I start gaining it will be back to diet time!

Hello ladies!!! *waves*
I weighed in at 159.4 this morning and stood on my scale blinking to make sure that I saw it correctly!!! I am so excited to break this new decade since I was in the 160's since March of this year. Plus 150's is where I was at during high school!!!!!! This is unbelievable.

thanks everyone for all the support. makes this frustrating process much easier to bear

well, scale said 149.8 this morning. talk about a wake up call! i know it’s water weight, but i DO NOT want it inching up anymore! Rather than telling myself it’s “time to refocus” etc, like i always do, I’m going to try taking it one day at a time. I’m focusing on drinking a lot of water today, and eating lean protein and veggies. I’m having a cup of tea now, and i’ll have a soy latte this afternoon.

Again, i appreciate all the support!

lose25, thanks! i guess confessing our sins is the best way to get to goal. you’re 3lbs will flush out soon!

rainbow, welcome to the thread, lady i feel ya on the tmi. i always try to *go* before weighing, i think it makes a diff... who knows if it actually does lol

linds, you’re always so supportive! much appreciated! how’s today going for u?

steph, careful w that slippery slope! glad you’re maintaining for now how’s wedding planning going?

lilly, welcome!! congrats on getting into the 150s!!! so exciting! tons of support in here, so start posting!
