Hey LiLLy!! Glad to hear you had a great time in Vegas, we've missed you around here! Here's hoping the scale is kind!

Hey ladies!
Okay, so TECHNICALLY I'm no longer in the 150s (I really don't like the way that sounds), because I've been spiralling out of control for MONTHS, and in the past couple of days, I got a wake-up call when the scale said 162 all of a sudden. Yes, I may be rocking my pre-TOM bloating.... but I don't care. the 160s is UNACCEPTABLE.

So, because I don't intend to be in the 160s more than a few days, I'm checking in HERE. No point in chatting it up with the 160s ladies only to disappear right away!

Checking in: 162.2 (ughn.....)

Am turning things around, bit by bit. Going grocery shopping today. One of the reasons I think things have been so bad lately is the lack of food in the house. Easy to eat crap when there's literally nothing else!

Rainbowstripe - thanks!! I weighed in at 158.8, but considering that we ate out ALL week and breakfast was usually pastries and coffee I think I am ok ) Ill just re-adjust my christmas goal and keep working it off! But wow you are blazing through the 150's!! Thats so awesome. I love seeing results like that, even if they're on other people

Jelbb - Definitely stick around here!!! Grocery shopping always helps me too

Hey everyone! I'm going to jump in with you at 155. I've seen that same number on the scale for the past 8 years. I've been working really hard at the gym the past 2 months, faithfully taking some new classes and got on the scale yesterday. 155. To the dot what I was when I started... Seriously? I'm one of those people that really enjoys the gym, so of course my downfall is food. I love to eat and while I make good choices, I eat whenever I want. Even though it sounds awful, I've made a goal of counting calories and really being diligent. 135 is my ultimate goal.

147.6 on the scale today. It was closer to 146 yesterday. Hopefully it'll drop for the official weigh in tomorrow, but I doubt it.

On the plus side, I measured myself today and I've lost several inches across my body after only losing 5.8 lbs since the last time I measured (I measure like once a month).

I weighed in at 148.2. I am battling to get into the 147's and stay there. I've seen glimpses, but they are gone the next day. I really think Iwould be there right now if TOM wasn't looming! I hope I'm right!

Lilly- glad to have you back!

Lianna- fingers crossed for you!

lilly, welcome back, how was vegas?? looks like u didn’t do too much damage at all

JELBB!!! long time no chat! welcome back!! i’ve been watching for ya

missjessica, you are not alone!! what got me started cal counting was being on plan 6 days a week and having a cheat day where i didn’t worry about counting calories. welcome and best of luck!

lianna, how cool that u’ve lost inches!! oooh yaaa! wish i woulda taken measurements to start.

linds, you’re speaking my language. hate that pesky TOM bloat, hate my fledgling efforts that result in bouncing back and forth between 148-147. ugh. HATE. i saw 147.2 today, and i am drinking all the water in the world today, plus my 1500 cals and a nice little workout... fingers crossed we both get an early xmas present tomorrow LOL!

rainbowstripe Yay, 69kg, that's so exciting! Good job!

LiLLy19 Welcome back! Sounds like you had a blast, and yay for the scale not looking too bad after your vacation.

Jelbb You're getting back on track and that's good! I'm sure those 160s will go away soon

Missjessica Welcome Good luck with the calorie counting! The diet along with the exercise should be a great plan.

LiannaKole Yay for lost inches! Who cares what that pesky scale says, you're making awesome progress, girl.

LindsB That TOM is always messing things up haha. Hope you see 147 soon

shasha12 I love these things, they get me so pumped haha. Good luck with building that momentum

Haha, so I was watching my friend's kids earlier today, and when I was using the bathroom at her house, I totally couldn't help but check out her scale. XD Got 153.2, so at least I know my scale isn't too off (it's kind of old). I love seeing what I get on scales that aren't mine, it's just fun for some reason.

I weighed in at 151.4 today!! I am excited as this is the lowest number I have seen in a long time!! My goal is to get out of the 150s (which would also mean I'm no longer overweight) by Dec 31st. And now it looks like that might actually happen!!!

Lianna- your weight loss is very inspirational! we have similar stats and goals

Awesome, mmkay! You're doing great, I'm sure you'll be out of the 150s by the end of the year. And yay for no longer being overweight, good luck getting there.

157.8 today!

Jelbb, hi! You'll "technically" be here in no time!

rainbowstripe, Congrats on the 60s!

mmkay, Yay! So close to your goal for the end of the year!

I want to be a "normal" BMI by the summer (136). I think I might just do it! Maybe I will wear a bikini to the BEACH! Must get through bitterly cold winter first...

Missjessica - Im the same way, I eat what I want but just in smaller portions than I used to. I also very rarely eat out. Do you eat out alot? Maybe thats whats hindering your loss? Good luck on your journey

LiannaKole - Inches are definitely great! I wish I had started measuring myself in inches, that probably would help during the times that I stall on the numbers

LindsB - thanks for the welcome ) Im sure its the evil TOM thats causing a stall for you, worst thing about being a girl huh?

shasha12 - thank you thank you Vegas was insane definitely! But a week there is too much! I think 4 days is ideal, anything over that is pushing it. My favorite favorite favorite two things about Vegas (if you ever go there): 1. Salute lounge at the Palazzo has dueling piano in the evenings and 2. Level 107 Lounge at the Stratosphere has a jazz band live every wed-sun and happy hour from 4-7 ) Very worth it. Great view from the 107th floor

KenzideRhae - Holy moly you're breezing right through along with rainbowstripe! Great job. The new pic is lovely too

Rainbowstripe
- yeh those pasteries sure do appeal on vacations, I guess its cause I dont normally eat them and on vacations I feel like its ok to cheat

So this morning my scale said 157.8, I guess its water weight that I put on and its coming off!! yay )

Ugh! I did horrible this weekend! I knew it would happen though. I drank last night and ate all kinds of food I shouldn't have been eating. I've been eating all kinds of stuff today to help cure the good ole hangover.

Although it is very snowy I think I'll atleast head to the gym to try to negate if even just a little bit!

I really need to be on plan the next 2 weeks with vacation looming on the 24th!
