Thanks, shasha!

Kenzide, Thanks! It's good to be here.

Rainbow - I think kg would drive me crazy, because I need to see the little 0.2 lb losses!

Linds Attempting to hang in here haha. Oh I'm sure you'll see 147 again very soon!!

just keep swimmingWelcome to the 150's/140's! Yay you! And yeah...kg kind of drives me crazy, but it's what I'm used to and the usual form of measurement in New Zealand - and sometimes it feels like more of an achievement when I can say YEAH I've lost 15 kilograms haha. Just want to lose more now please!

I think I might be shrinking a little again. I just got into a size 9 pants a few weeks ago. I can usually tell when I start getting smaller when certain areas of the jeans get looser. I also measure by my belt. I'm hoping to be down another size by New Years. Fingers crossed!

Not having standardized sizing makes me a little crazy. I wear a 9 in my usual jeans brand. But I also wear a size 5/6 in Rue 21's skinny jeans size. And the waist is a little too loose. So I'll just measure by my usual brand. But how does anyone know their size? Yeesh.

shasha12: Thanks! And yep, I did stay on plan. Haha! I really like the...note? comment? thing below your name. "It's happening!" is great! That's exactly what I feel like a lot of times.

KenzideRhae: Yay! Congrats on your mini goal! And wiggle room is good - I'm trying to do the same thing.

I'm still in shock over seeing a normal weight. We'll see if it's "real" on my official WI day!

just keep swimming: Congrats! And welcome to the thread!

rainbowstripe: Keep on going - that 60 something is coming!

Hi! I'm a new member. I am desperately trying to get out of the 150s. I'm at 154, but haven't been able to break through the 150 barrier in a really long time. It's hard right now because it's finals time at school..

This looks like a nice motivational community forum though!

Welcome, mmkay! And good luck with your finals, I just finished mine and I'm sure glad they're all over with.

Aww, thank you KenzideRhae!! I CANNOT WAIT until mine are done with. My last paper is due Sunday. I feel like I've been working on papers and exams for the past month straight! I find it soo hard to concentrate on eating healthy and working out when I'm stressed. All I want is junk food and soda.

Back to my low of 147.6 after several days bouncing around 148.

Now can I please go lower?! I am still taking a break from writing down all my calories. It has been a welcomed break. So far I think I am doing okay. Still losing very slowly, but that is just now I roll apparently. As long as I am moving in the right direction, I'm okay with it.

uuuuuugggggghhhhh frustrated today. i’ll be alright, but I am mad at myself for the many slip ups over the months. also for feeling frustrated that the scale isn’t moving like it once did, bc HELLO i’ve slipped up so much each month. No wonder i’m losing at a glacial pace. i HAVE to figure something out. i HAVE to find a way to recommit and actually stick to it!!

i’m going to a christmas party tonight, and i plan on eating before I go so I do not indulge. i’m bringing a veggie tray and some sort of diet soda and will attempt to position myself as far away from the food as possible! wish me luck ladies =/

Good luck, shasha12, you can do it!

Hope everyone else is doing well today, and if you're not for you too!

Been seeing 154 most of the week, got 153.5 on the scale this morning. Also just got signed up to walk a half-marathon on January 16th. I've worked up to nine miles so far, just need to keep at it and work up to twelve before I do the half.
