152.5 again today. Come back, low of 150. XD I'm not too worried about it, though. Still on TOM and feeling a little bloated, plus I've still got that cold, so if the scale wants to say 152.5, I'm down with that.

Happy Christmas Eve to everyone who celebrates and Happy Friday as well!

Hello ladies!! Hope you had a great holiday for those who celebrate christmas!! I know Ive been MIA hehe but there was a lot going on! So unfortunately I did not make my Christmas goal, but that's ok because I'll just be setting up a different goal for me to work towards!! Yesterday morning I weighed in at 157.2 which was a bit of a bummer, but oh well.

So excited to see a lot of you experiencing new lows!! Good job on working so hard toward your goals.

rainbow, congrats on the low, see ya here in a few...

From the box, WHOOOSSH!!! love it!!

Lilly, glad you’re back! sorry you didn’t make goal, but that’s a great attitude about it. ur such an inspiration!

kenzide, feeling any better yet?? hope so, and hope the scale is moving for ya...

Merry Christmas all! yesterday was a planned cheat day for me, and it was awfully weird... I couldn’t eat even HALF of what I used to be able to eat. Boyfriend and I have SO MUCH food leftover that we’re going to throw out, bc I could barely eat any! And I still felt stuffed and uncomfortable! Ew ew ew. it wasn’t even yummy or fun because I was so full. lesson learned, pigging out is not as fun as it used to be!

Didn’t step on the scale today either. We drank beer and had processed food, so i KNOW I’ve got about 5 lbs of water weight on me. I don’t need to step on the scale to beat myself up =/ Will drink tons of water and go for a walk. Hopefully that will flush most of it out. And I’m considering fasting till dinner... I’m actually still not hungry... i don’t know if my bod has digested everything yet LOL

shasha12 - truthfully sometimes I feel sorry for myself and I cry a bit in the shower but then 2 seconds later I get over it lol. Staying positive means I can continue on and work my way down. But thank you )

But man with Christmas I think I had too much sweets. The lady who invited us over for Christmas lunch made fudge and pie from scratch and I had to have a piece of each. It was so so so so good!

JennieLovesKisses
- that is so awesome!! Wow half your body weight is impressive! Its like a whole another person. Good job. Looking good in the avatar pic

I know how it feels to want to try each sweet. I was really lucky this year, the ONE holiday party we were invited to (slow economy means less parties, LOL), I gave myself permission to stray a little, then a blizzard hit! LOL. We had to stay home. Then christmas was at my house, so I made one pumpkin pie, for tradition sake, then made wine poached pears. I had one peice of pie, and then the pears were my treat. much healthier. The pie is almost gone, and I still have not had more than my one piece. In fact, I didn't even eat all of it!

I did have 3 peices of homemade candy our bandmate brought over, but I counted it!

Skinny, congrats on the loss! I also went down a bit after Christmas (not as much as you, lol), and it is a GREAT feeling!

hi all

lilly, that actually is even more inspirational thanks for sharing. hard times happen, and we just have to forge ahead. too true.

jenneloveskisses, congrats lady!! sooo close to half ur body weight, that is CRAZY!! i’m so impressed...must feel great!

skinny, those treats AREN’T as good as they used to be, are they?? what’s with that? it’s like food doesn’t have that power over us anymore. conrats on ur loss!

andejean, well done over christmas! and LUCKY BREAK with staying home and i am so impressed and inspired by your healthy-ish desert and your self control. geez, good job!

so i weighed in at 149.0 today, after eating low cal yesterday and drinking tons of water. i shutter to think what my weight might have been yesterday =/ oh well, i gotta remind myself that it’s JUST WTER WEIGHT. i hate back tracking!

good news is i got a food scale for christmas, and i’m feeling super motivated to lose the rest of this weight! have a great day all! cheat over xmas was not worth it, and i’m severely regretting it. I’m now re-thinking what i wanted to do over new yrs...

Just got back from the gym, down to 157.25 (from 157.5) I'm averaging a half a lb a week, but since it was over Christmas, I'll take the loss!

Now I need a way to jump start my metabolism again... I don't want to plateau! LOL

Sasha, have fun with that food scale! A digital food scale is my prize for my next mini goal... When I lose 2.25 more lb, I get one! Can't wait!

I'm 144.6 officially, as of this past Sunday! And then Monday I was like 145.4, and now today I'm 143.2... I usually don't fluctuate that much over three days, but whatever - I saw a new low today! It's not official, but I saw it!

Sounds like a lot of you guys are doing great! Hope that winter holidays or Christmas or whatever were good for everyone!

I had Xmas with my family. I was still a little skittish from the loads of gushing/freaking out over my weight loss from that cookie-making party I went to, so for Xmas I wore a loose, non-figure-revealing shirt that was cute, but helped to not emphasize how much weight I've lost. It worked! Whew! Sometimes I like compliments, but sometimes too much is, well, too much.

156.8 today, MUCH better than yesterday's bloat, but still wish I was losing like Andejean - you go girl! I went to 24hr fitness and got a free 7-day pass so I can hit *a* gym until mine re-opens. Working out felt so good after the forced inactivity this weekend.

LiannaKole - yay for your low! Great way to start the new year.

LiannaKole - Congrats on the loss!! I know sometimes it gets annoying to hear "Oh nos you've lost so much weight...you're too skinny" heheh

fromthebox - What a great way to get in a workout for free!! Hehe I think they try to sell you on a membership after using that pass. I know Im a sucker for sales pitches so I take my husband along so he can say no lol.

skinnyby25
- you're so close!! You can totally make it to 140 ) I love your screenname by the way, Im trying to get skinny by 25 as well! ) What a great way to turn a quarter of a century old.

my update: I weighed in at 156.6 today! Ughh finally I got back to 156, I was discouraged when I went back up to 157. So hopefully from here on out Ill be seeing smaller numbers, especially once TOM ends.

Looks like all you girls are doing really awesomely, good work!

I bloated back up to 158 after Christmas Eve and Christmas, but I'm back down to 151-152 the past few days. Been going back and forth between having days where I'm totally back on plan and days where I eat too many cookies, but I'm working on it. TOM and the cold I had were gone, thankfully, so I'm feeling a lot better! I'm kind of excited for school to start back up on the 3rd, because I'm taking a tango class and I'm super jazzed for that. Not excited about actually having to wake up before noon, but I'll get used to it again. XD
