184 this morning! I am hoping for 183 by the end of the week!
Traveller - I've been at this since the beginning of May, how about you? It was much easier earlier in the summer, as I was doing field work and hiking every day - no need to exercise! Now that I'm back at home, it's so much easier to eat bad things and it takes more effort to exercise. I'm really relearning how to do this! I am hoping that's why the 180s are the bane of my existence lately!
cb1 - I think we're in the same part of the world! Thank goodness for that storm yesterday, eh? I'd been putting off my runs because of the health advisory from all of that smoke! Also, it just felt depressing don't you think? Lets hope it doesn't come back! And I've been fighting with my SO for the past week so I definitely understand the PMS thing. LOL!
Anna - You're losing inches but not the lbs! Nothing wrong with that! I've heard that the shred tends to do that - your muscles are working so hard during the shred that they are retaining water while they repair the little tears that make you buff in the end!! Keep it up!
