180.8 today!!! I'm so excited! Its really motivating to see the scale go down, but if i'm feeling fat, i wont get on, i get discouraged by numbers going up even a little, lol.

180.4 again this morning. I'm THISCLOSE to being in the 170s solidly. Gotta watch the food today and tomorrow and throw a little walking in there....

Ok, I'm back from Salem. I had a BLAST! But I'm worried about what damage was done. There was a ton of walking, yes, but there was also houurrrssss on the bus up and back with not as much water as I would have liked. Plus, I have trouble going to the bathroom when I'm traveling. Something about not being on my regular schedule just totally throws me off. SO, tomorrow I'll be home (stayed with the boyfriend last night) and I'll know for sure.

Well, I was down to 184.4 last week sometime but we've had a huge change at work in the past couple of days so 2 nights of work-bought in less than a week to work during our lunch break, some celebration champagne after it went well and then some just plain bad snacking choices had me back up to 185 today.

But it's totally fine, initial stress from change is gone, back to focusing better on food. It could have been much worse work and food wise. Glad to be back to my normal.

Really excited for you ladies almost there! Great job!

Still horribly bloated... weighed in this morning and the answer is 183.5 - almost back to where I was two weeks ago. I'm going spinning today and Thursday so hopefully I'll see the water retention go away soon.

I've been sick since last Thursday and haven't weighed myself since then because I've heard others here talk about how their colds made them gain weight and I didn't want to get discouraged. Was that real weight gain? Or just up while you were sick then down again, like TOM?
