I'm one of those multiple hop on scale people. Have to see a number consistently before I believe there's any truth in it.

1st: 184.4 "nah, can't be that. too low."
2nd: 185.2 "more like it... but let's try again"
3rd to 5th: 184.2 "holy shoot! really?"

I'll take it! .... maybe I should wait until Monday so I don't get discouraged when I see it pop back up?

.... but I bet we all know I won't be able to wait that long.

Wow. I'm really here. This is crazy. I can't remember the last time I was in the 180's, it must have been the 8th grade, maybe 7th.

I need to lose these 7 pounds! If the 180's feel this great, I can't imagine how the 170's will feel.

oodles, welcome to the 180s!!! It's nice to remember how awesome it feels to get here for later when it seems like it's taking forever to go on to the 170s.

Okay, back to 186.8. this is nuts. I appear to go down to 184ish every friday just to jump back up to this on Monday. boo.

i made a huge change in lifestyle i havent been this low in a few years. i gave up soda and drink up to 128oz of water a day. maybe more if you count the coffee intake til 2pm

181 again but my rings are tight and my face is puffy... so I am hoping I at least lose some water weight soon!
