mateosmama2005 & misstraveller Thank you! When I first started losing weight I was lucky that my stomach was one of the first things to go, but when I started working out I focused a lot on ab/core using pilates and still do. At the moment I'm doing P90X and I've noticed the Ab Ripper X portion has helped a lot too!

Jennie - What do you think of P90X? I'm doing Chalean Extreme right now, which is a little challenging but not hard, and am considering ordering P90X when I've completed it. But geez aw man it looks tough! I'm not whining, just worried. I can't even do more than one real pushup yet! But if it would accelerate my weight loss, I think I would tough it out...
Thoughts?

Anyone else doing P90X?

Hi everyone! I'm excited to finally join your thread.... 189.8 on the scale this morning. I'm glad to be in the 180's with you.... knowing I can report here and get support is helping me stay on plan because I sure don't want to post that I gained weight back, lol. it helps me avoid all the little snack temptations.

Finally end of TOM and weight this morning was jumping between 180.8 and 181.

misstraveller - I'm enjoying P90X. I was nervous about starting it at first, haha, but its really not as hard as people make it out to be...I mean its hard, but you go at YOUR own pace. I have definitely lost inches using P90X, weight loss is a bit slower than I'm used to but thats probably from a few different reasons. Once I've completed this round of it, I want to try the Lean Version and concentrate on seeing the scale move a bit more.

misstraveller - There are three versions you can follow; Classic, Lean and X-Double. Lean is suppose to incorporate more cardio.

OMG I weighed in at 179.6 this morning!

Jennie - How long do the P90X workouts take and do you do them everyday?
Just wondering before I invest

189.0 this morning! wooohooo. I feel like I am almost losing too fast, so I am considering adding another 100 calories to my daily allowance and seeing how that goes.
