Woot Woot! I got a 180.6 today from that evil little weight computation device on my bathroom floor....I can taste the 170's now! Didn't make it for my birthday today (eeek my mom says I am 30, I swear she's lost track), BUT I am close enough that I am still happy about it. Now to focus on that 175 by Halloween! Maybe next year I can wear one of those "dirty" little costumes that I always say look trashy but I secretly would kill to fit in to!

187.2! I can juuuuust feel that ball starting to roll again. It's time. Anyone else have yo-yoing issues? I get so sick of losing, having my clothes fit, and feeling incredible, just to lose track and gain it back and then some. It's happened to me twice before, and I'm terrified it'll happen again. That's a big part of why it's taken me so long to get on track again.

ugh. i am still here. I have been sucking on the diet. I have baby fever on the brain and its not helping!

I haven't really gained but haven't lost either... ugh. Need to find that motivation!

Skinnycow and Shortandfluffy- We are SSSSOOOOO close to the 170's! Lets buckle down and say goodbye to the 180's! I vow to be out of here by Wednesday!! I have to be in the comfortable part of the 170's by Halloween! Let's do this ladies!!

UGH! Ok I don't know what the heck happened (ok I do, but that's besides the point) but I was in the low 170s - almost 160s, then my vacation happened and now I'm bouncing between 179 and 184 - WHAT THE HECK!!!! I know it's mostly water weight but it's getting ridiculous. This has been going on since September and it's got to STOP! My goal was 174 for Halloween so that I could finally get back to the 160s by Thanksgiving. I was in the 180s last Thanksgiving and I am DETERMINED to be less than that this year! I need to make the push to start losing the rest of my weight to get to goal, I've become comfortable with this size but I still catch glimpses of myself in the mirror and see the girl I used to be. Time to crack down!

One of my biggest problems is that my exercise has cut way back. I used to exercise everyday of the week. Now I'm down to spinning at the gym 3 days a week. I'd like to get back to my schedule and working out 5 days a week.

I need somewhere to be accountable for my weight. I'll update my little post each day with my weigh in. I want to be out of these damn 180s by Halloween. I lost them in the dust once, I'll do it again! And then I vow to never see the 180s after that!

SW: 184.5 (thank you baseball game food. I so knew better...)
CW: 183.5 (water retention) (-3.5lbs)

Down a pund today.... that's better. Went spinning with my mom this morning and we'll be walking around shopping for the next few hours. Hopefully the water weight will be completely gone by Tuesday. Of course, this week is TOM. I can never win lol.

Good to see you back here, Platform. You will be back into the 170's in no time. I visited there once in the spring, do you think you could take me back with you? I already battled the entire 180's and then I decided to just slack all summer long. Ended up back at the top end of the 180's. I have been back in the game since mid Sept, but I am still not back to the pretty little 178 I was at. Would love to see it again soon! Good luck to you!

Skinnycow- We are 2 pounds away! They make chocolate bars that big. Lets get this done! 179.9 is all it takes!

Jaime - Heck yes I'll bring you with me lol, everyone hop on my back - that should burn a few extra calories

Maintained today... That's better than a gain. This week I'm focusing on getting back those two extra days of exercise I've lost over the summer.

This morning the scale read 184.2 YEY. Almost to that 179 mark. The 180s have taken long enough.

I hope to say goodbye too! Scale today said 179! But I am going to stay here until I see it for a few days.

Mid 170s by Halloween is my GOAL!

186.6 this morning, had a lovely dinner with friends and family for canadian thanksgiving and was very good, but still ate rich food. Just hoping to maintain tomorrow. Please oh please scale gods!

After my lovely swoosh to 188.6, I momentarily lapsed, had the worst food week since I started and ended up back in the 190's.

All has been corrected and I was at 189.4 today. Staying here for good, determined not to ever see 190's again.
