Well yesterday i had a "cheat" day b/c, well, there was beer. anyway, I drank over my calories (as i'd already maxed them out with real food at that point) i had like 4 beers and they weren't "light" beers. anyhow i did have a great time with my friends though.
But in the morning i woke up with that icky not-quite-a-hangover-but-shaky feeling. So i ended up eating. and eating. and eating. And now i've already maxed out my calories for the day. the good side is i ate lots of HEALTHY food (chicken, veggies, spinach) and didn't eat crap. The bad side is... well i guess it's just spinach and zucchini for dinner.
I just finished my workout. This morning i was 188 again... yikes! Must. Drink. Water.
