--Please lady tell me u didn't stay in the 180's for too long.. I cant bare to deal with it any longer and my scale has been at a stand still for a few days now--not losing ounces or pounds!
I got to 178.7 this morning... I was 180.6 yesterday and I had some alcoholic beverages so I'm not sure I lost anything... I am really hoping that I can at least stay below 180 now.
Getting ready for another move, but the new place is alot easier to stay on track at. More motivation, better food, the works. Excited, and kind of sad to lose my excuses to eat whatever, but I'll feel better as soon as I'm taking better care of myself. As usual!
I got on the scale today for my official weigh in and I am at 174!!! YAY! Goodbye 180s!!! Good luck to everyone trying to leave the 180s! You can do it!!!!
181.8- I am literally going to hit every 2/10's of a pound on the way out of here. I HATE the 180s! I have been here for way to long. Hopefully I just wake up one day in the 160's.
Hey Everyone--These 180's are killers! I feel like I flew through the 200's, out of the 190's w/ the flash of my eye and now I'm at 180 and its kinda came to a stand still. Instead of pounds..I'm crossing my fingers to lose ounces! It's driving me crazy..Needless to say I dropped .6 oz and I'm 186.0 --Almost 185 which is my halloween goal! Hurry up 170s
I wooshed into the 180's today at 188.6. Hopefully it sticks making it a good start into this thread. I've read through a bit and this tends to be the thread of plateaus. But this is exciting to be here because 190ish is the weight I remember weighing in high school before a huge hiatus from the scale. So big changes from here ladies, BIG changes are starting to happen for all of us. Hugs to everyone.
Home again home again. I'm back in the only place I've ever been able to stay serious about my health. Running with my favourite partner again, and eating healthy homemade meals with fresh ingredients out of the garden. It just clicks. Now, if only everything else in my life would fall into place to match!! I just can't seem to stay on plan anywhere but here.
7 lbs until I see the 170s.
