Hi Ladies! I'm grudgingly accepting that I am officially back in the 180s and have to carefully force my weight back down again. Keeping track often throughout the week is what kept it in front of my face the last time so I'm here to do it again!
I have to admit that through all that I'm doing right now, I seem to find that I'm actually
gaining weight lately!

I'll peak on Monday, spend the week taking it off, just to peak at a smidge higher number the next Monday. This has got to stop!!!
So I'm here. And today I weighed in at 187 lbs. The highest I've been in the last 2 years. I've been 177-183 lbs consistently for the last couple years... even though I've been trying to go lower than that.
Nice to know you ladies. And I look forward to getting to the 170s thread with all of you.
