Hey Ladies! I'm officially 189.8--I'm so happy to be here but will be even happier when I leave to go to the 170's!

Hey ladies...anyone have any ideas for breaking out of a plateau? I've been stuck between 183 and 182 for WEEKS now. Yesterday for a few glorious hours my scale said 180, but...nope. Today it says 182.5 again. I've tried spicing up my workouts, I've eaten clean...I don't know what else I can do! This is getting super frustrating. I just want to see 179 already!

WOOOO. I don't know what happened, but I woke up this morning and...the scale said 179.5. I got off then on again...still 179.5. I'm going to hang out here for a couple of days until I'm positive that number's staying, but HOPEFULLY by the end of the week I'll be in the 170s thread.

I have a feeling that the 180's..are going to stay for awhile. Either that or I'm just driving myself crazy with the scale..I really can't wait until it starts going down. Maybe I need to PUSH myself to only weigh myself once a week but its so HARD!! lol

I have been eating very poorly so I am back in the 180s. Around 183lbs. Not sure if it is just water weight and I just need to drink more fluids and workout, but either way, I figured I would peek back in here for some support.

I have been eating so much lately and not working out. I have zero motivation, although my desire to get to my goal weight is definitely there. Anyone have any advice to get over this hump and help me motivate myself?

Thanks in advance ladies!

Booo. I am still here. 183.8 today. Haven't lost this week at all. I keep hoping for a miracle but so far it hasn't happened.

179.8!!!!!!! For 2 Monday's in a row-----but since the scale isn't moving I'm not going to leave this thread yet.

Just wanted to share.

goalgetta---don't worry you'll be out of the 180's again in no time. I'm trying to refocus at the moment too. Just do 1 healthy thing tomorrow. Something little that will make you feel good about yourself, like only working out for 5 minutes. You'll feel so good about yourself the next day you will want to keep making positive choices. I'm plannning on going for a walk outside, no time limit or any other expectations I just have to go for a walk.

GGGGGGGRRRRRRRRR 183.8 again. I am soooo tired of that number. I think I have taken up permanent residency in this thread.

Thanks flythinlyns! I really appreciate your words. I have been able to reel in my eating and I did 30 minutes of yoga (Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown is no joke!) so I am down to 181.6lbs, so I am sure I will be back in the 170s for my weigh in on Sunday. I have the day off from work tomorrow, so I am going to try to fill it with personal errands, shopping for good food, and doing some outdoor things.

And keep up the good work! Your diligence is paying off!

I'm so excited to join you lovely ladies. I got waaay off track for a while there, I moved to a new town and everything fell apart. But then I got sick and was stuck in bed for a few days and I'm just so excited to be better that I'm taking care of myself again. And, as always, I feel better instantly. I even imagine that my clothes look better when the scale goes down a couple pounds...does anyone else have this happen to them? Who cares if it's real, it puts a bounce in my step Hope you're all having a good week and can keep up the good work and we'll all be out of here soon!

How's everyone doing? I'm still out here in the 180s... been here for two months! Got to get over this and start losing again! Hope everyone is doing well at avoiding the huge aisle of Halloween candy at Walmart
