Oh boy, my body is just in looooove with 180. Seems like no matter what I do (ie yesterday's clean eating, 80 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of strength stuff with my trainer) and it will maybe slip down to 179.5 with some convincing (aka weighing and then coming back and weighing later
).
Ohhh well. It's TOM anyway so maybe that is playing a little part in it.
