Well I have been going back and forth between 248.2 and 250 for the past 2 weeks. It has been really stressing me out. I am thinking about not weighing in for a few weeks so I can focus more on eating right than on what I am going to weigh tomorrow morning. It is going to be hard because I usually weigh myself every morning. I feel like a scale junkie.

I am kind of new, I have been reading the threads for a while now but never posted. I started in December at 279 today I weighed in at 247 after a major binge over the weekend hope to get out of the forty's soon

Tuesday weigh in ... 238!!! YEY!!! I even starved myself all morning, hoping another bathroom run would let me see a 237.8. ROFL!! But that scale wasn't budging... so I'll take my 238 and say SEE YA! to the 240's for good! See you all real soon!

Definitely the reason I am not a daily weigher.. those little fluctuations drive me to eat, literally. I tend to either just totally stress out OR I have a F it attitude.. like I worked hard yesterday and nothing to show for it so mind as well eat. I've even thought of going to biweekly.. but right now I do need to see the progress.. so weekly seems to work for now.

248.5 this morning, being in the 240's feels great, I figure I will be hanging around here for the rest of this month! Here's to hoping Aprils brings on the 230's!!!!

I'm gonna jump in here. I used to LOVE these threads when I was on 3FC before. I lost 77 lbs (got to 248)last year but when september and school came I stayd pretty much the same. I did manage to get down to 143 the day before thanksgiving but between then and the middle of jan I gained 15 lbs *puke* I did manage to get back down to 243 2 weeks ago, but after a beach weekend with my boyfriend and 2 days of binging (Lots of sodium) I gained about 9 lbs of water and 1 lb of actual weight. (I know it was water cause It's almost all gone and has been dropping at about 2 lbs a day all this week alone after hitting 244.8 on the 8th and bouncing back up to 251 3 days later). Now I am back to 245 and READY to see the 140's GONE.

I weighed in this morning at 245. I want out of the 240's so bad. I'm going to work extra hard the rest of the week. Trying to get in 2 workouts/day the rest of the week.

Well, my "not weighing myself until the end of the month" plan didn't work. I just had to weigh in today. And I actually weighed 247.2! Thank god! I was so sick and tired of seeing 250, 249 and 248 over and over. Now I just have to be good this weekend, it is always the time that I seem to screw up.
