AKA Good job on finishing the C25K! Doesn't it feel great? Keep it up! Ran my first 15k last Saturday, and running my first half-marathon on Dec. 10th.

Not very motivated today to work out. I am still a little sore from the run Saturday, and plus it is cold and raining here today. So I think I will take today off. I deserve it.

Hey y'all - I'm still around. I weighed in this morning at 199.1 - looks like this month is going to be a wash for me. Not particularly happy about this, but there has also been a number of stressful situations this month, including 4, count 'em, yes 4 funerals. Plus one that just happened over the weekend in another province that we're not going to. So I guess, I should be grateful that I didn't gain, and I practically maintained all month - that's not too shabby then.

Anyhoos, I'm on track today, have the biggest salad for lunch, going to arm myself with water and get on with the day. It's almost December! Any ideas on a December name; before she left Angie suggested Ho Ho Hold the Eggnog...December Daily Weighing .

Still holding steady, making good food decisions and trying to revamp my routine for exercise. Being winter, I think i'm going to start my own 10G challenge, that one way or another I will make it to 10,000 steps a day. Anyone want to join in? I have to find my pedometer, DS really likes to take them, they amuse him to see the numbers go up.
I've started to use my little stair stepper again, cracked 530 in one go the other day . . . . it really is more difficult than I remembered it being and it's not even big steps! Im going to crack 1500 this month, that's my plan.

Aka - Good on ya with the C25K!! That's awesome

Things are looking good for this month, as i've finished the BIG exam and am now on to little books I can actually hold while I walk ha ha. Still need to get some strength training in, I can feel the muscle decline (i don't know if that's the right phrase) but i'm not as strong as I was a couple months ago . . . I don't like that.

Anyways . . . good morning all, have a wonderful tuesday and come check in, it's getting quiet in here

Good Morning!

The scale has finally moved. Tonight is my cut/color appointment and the Japanese restaurant. Hopefully I don't bounce up too much tomorrow.

Calories for yesterday: 1340 +

Weigh In: 147.4

Down: .4

ETA: I would like to do my monthly recap:
November puts me in maintenance for 6 months.
The end of October was DH birthday and the fair. This caused an upswing on the scale for the beginning of the month.
I had a high calorie day for our 23rd anniversary
I had a high calorie day for Thanksgiving
I had all of these events going on and I stayed within or a little below my maintenance weight range.
Another month down and the rest of my life to go!
