Still holding steady, making good food decisions and trying to revamp my routine for exercise. Being winter, I think i'm going to start my own 10G challenge, that one way or another I will make it to 10,000 steps a day. Anyone want to join in? I have to find my pedometer, DS really likes to take them, they amuse him to see the numbers go up.
I've started to use my little stair stepper again, cracked 530 in one go the other day . . . . it really is more difficult than I remembered it being and it's not even big steps! Im going to crack 1500 this month, that's my plan.

Things are looking good for this month, as i've finished the BIG exam and am now on to little books I can actually hold while I walk ha ha. Still need to get some strength training in, I can feel the muscle decline (i don't know if that's the right phrase) but i'm not as strong as I was a couple months ago . . . I don't like that.
