I bounced up 2 lbs. I am sure the scale will go back down some tomorow.

Just stopping to say hi! I weigh weekly (Fridays) so don't have any numbers to report yet...but so far I've been pretty well on plan since my last weigh in.

Thaisscs: Oh, man, do I know THAT feeling! I bounced around in the low 200's for what seemed like FOREVER before I finally broke through to onederland. I hope the 190s are a little more kind! With the exception of TOM, I've had a painfully slow (holiday season), but steady weight loss since then...but with my luck I will be stuck between 190 and 191 for two weeks, lol.

Envelope: WTG on getting going back in the right direction!

Goal: You are SO close!!!

goal4agirl That's so sweet! You made my day!
And you will make to the 180's by your Anniversary!

NorthernExposure The opposite happened to me! I was slow before the holidays and over December and early January I lost 7.7lb. My doctor looked at me and said "you're probably my only patient to actually lose that much this time of the year!"
I wanted to keep her impressed but hello, plateau!

LET'S GET OUT OF THE 190'S!

Hi Ladies!
I think I need to join you all. I too have been stuck in the 190's. 196 to 190...back and forth, up and down. It is getting ridiculous, KWIM?

Today I was 191.0.

Goal4girl: We are same height/weight! I would love to see us both get the heck out of the 190's soon!

Gotta run, will check in tomorrow!

Hugs,
Leah

Lnoelparis- yeah baby! I would love to get outta here too.
Yes we are the same height and weight. I just now am able to wear (some) size 16 jeans. I hear of so many other ladies who weigh the same or more as I do wear smaller sizes. I'm not sure if it is because I'm not very tall or I am very curvy...or possibly a little of both
I'm going to try to not worry about it and just be happy with what I have.

191.6

Goal4agirl - I always seem to wear larger sizes than others that are my height and weight. I have no idea why. I try not to worry to much about it though.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Hello good morning everyone!
I weighed 191.6 this morning. It's rainy and gloomy outside again today.
I'm day dreaming of warm Spring day's when I can get outside and walk, breathe and feel the sunshine again.

envelope- Hi! Yes I have decided not to worry about wearing larger sizes than others. I need to stay focused on getting my weight down to my goal and staying healthy

Have a great day ladies

Hi ladies!

I missed yesterday's post but here is my caught up WI!

26: 190.6
27: 190

I am not gonna get too excited though, this is where I usually shoot back up to 194!

Lets see if tomorrow proves me wrong or not! Secretly hoping for 188! lol....

goal4girl - Fitting into clothes and the sizes is too hard for me. I have stuff that is 18, 16 and 14. Most 18 stuff, falls completely off and under my belly. I have been safety pinning it! Size 16 stuff is pretty loose, I can fit both my arms- up to my elbows- at my sides into my pants. I pin those too. I have one size 16 pants that is really snug. But these are old (vintage jeans) before lycra and such- that squeeze my midsection so much I cant breathe! Those are more like a 13/14.
I have two size 14 pants that I can get into now somewhat. One is a pair of jeans I got at a thrift store and the other is a nice pair of dress pants that I got at Sears in December. The jeans are fine, the dress pants are snug. I need about 10 more pounds gone before I can be comfortable in them. So I don't go by sizing alone, there is too much difference in the way stuff fits! Besides weighing in every morning, I measure myself on the 20th of every month. That really helps me see the difference in how my body morphs!

Have great day everyone!
Leah

I too seem to wear bigger sizes than other people my height/weight. I think it has to do with being apple shaped (carrying most of my weight around my middle.) I have mostly size 18 pants, but they're getting way too big. I have one pair of 16's that fit just right, but just haven't gotten around to buying yet ANOTHER wardrobe!

My WI day is tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed for good progress!
