Hi All - You gals are amazing! I haven't started weighing myself daily though - obviously I'm not ready to, eh? I don't have TOM to worry about so that's a big bonus (for me), I hope to get out of the 190's by this time next month. I'm s slow loser But I'm happy for each little bit. I was unable to weigh in yesterday so I'm working hard at staying on my program so I will have a good weigh in next Tuesday. It's a cool (about -4C) today & cloudy but no more snow in the near future though (famous last words, eh? ) Washed floors, did some grocery shopping, played with the dogs & visited a friend for coffee. Such excitment, eh? Anyway TTYL.

Hello ladies,

I WI tomorrow, but don't have a whole lot of hope! I'm just finishing up with TOM, plus I have a very long day at work today and we're having pizza tonight for a financial aid night thing...so while I don't plan on overdoing it, I know the sodium isn't going to help in the morning! I guess I should plan for a gain and take anything less as a bounus! I don't think I feel comfortable leaving this thread until I hit 188 or so...so I have a feeling I may be around for a bit!

Laffalot ~ that's a great attitude to have! I've had to learn to be patient and realize that 1/2 a pound or 1 pound is awesome and sooo much better than a gain. Good for you!

Hey guys.

Well, as expected, I had a slight gain this morning. (Last WI was 189.4, now I'm back to 190). Not stressing too much, I know it's mostly TOM/sodium bloat...so I will NOT move my ticker just yet! Going to try again in a couple days and see where I'm at.

I'm also in a challenge over on the calorie counter's board that ends on Valentine's day. My goal was to get out of the 190s! So if I'm at at least back to 189.9 by Monday, I will consider it a success.

Emme: I see you're at 187.something, WTG! You're probably about ready to get outta here pretty soon!

Looks like I'll be sticking around for a while...but I hope to see you guys on the 180's thread sooner than later

NorthernExposure ~ it's awesome that you can identify what is going on with your body...I started tracking my weight daily so I know when PMS rolls around that I should expect a gain. It really helps to know your body. I don't know how I lost 2.2 pounds, but I'll take it. You will be here before you know it...I feel a "whoosh" for you after your TOM!

Good morning pretties!
I have had the hardest time getting out of the 190's! Thus the title of this thread
I did weigh 189.9 this morning but each time I finally make it to the 180's I tend to slide back to 190. It's like my body is screaming...NO!

OHHHHHH- I am having so much trouble getting out of the 190s. How many others? What's your plan? I was ALL OVER the 190s this week.
Monday - 193-
Tuesday - 195-
wedneday - 194-
Thursday - 197-
Friday - 195-
Saturday - 194.... hopefully 193 tomorrow!

Welcome, Stacy!

My problem is STAYING out of the 190's, lol. I hit 189.4 two Fridays ago, back up to 190.something last Friday (I blame TOM and a pizza splurge). I weighed in today since it was the last day of the Calorie Counter's Valentine's Day challenge and fortunately I'm back under 190 (189.6). Barely, but I did technically meet my challenge goal!

Will WI on Friday as usual. Hope to get "safely" out of the 190's for good, sooner than later!!

NorthernExposure- thank you for the well wishes and congratulations on the 189.4!!

Stacygee- Hi, we are the same height...I too have really struggled to get out of the 190's. My body just likes these numbers I guess. We'll make it out though!!

I weighed 190.0 this morning. I'm really surprised too because I had a really large meal Saturday night and Sunday because we celebrated our anniversary. I had what I was craving so bad for so long...fried chicken and choc cake So it's back on plan today. And oh happy day the area I live the weather has been warm the past few day's. It was 67 today and Thursday it 's going up to 70! Unseasonably warm they say. I will be able to exercise outside this week. And get some sunshine and fresh air. I just can't wait for Spring and to weigh under 190 and it actually stick this time!

Yay! I had a good weigh in today. Down 2 lbs. Now gotta' get back to serious.....It was a really nice day today. Temp. got up to +8C & sunny. Nearly beach weather! Well, not quite I guess. I'm off to bed early - have a good book waiting & I'm tired as I was out all day. Have a good one Everyone!!
