Cheryl - on my scales, that would be the 180s!!

Uber - I think being so close to goal, things must move more slowly. 104lbs off is fantastic. I URGE you to keep going: in 2004 I got to 16lbs off goal and suddenly - here I am. DON'T DO IT!

Uber - Keep going you can do it! Keep up the extra water, staying on plan and exercising. It may be slow, but when you look back at it, it will have been SOOOOOOOOO worth it.

My scale keeps tricking me. It flashes 189 while I hold my breath and then flickers over to 190. I am going to be more stubborn than my scale and just keep on keeping on and force it to settle on 189!
