I got on the scale today, I'll admit I haven't really been on track with anything including exercising but I haven't been going out of control and I was very surprised to see 189!!
BUT my weight kept going from 189 - 190, so for today I'm calling it 190. Not planning another weigh in until next week but I'm excited!
Well I weighed 190 with my clothes on which I think means for two days in a row I've been out of the 190s. I'm still not going to officially count it until next week, buttt I did notice all my clothes are fitting a lot loser.
So glad to be almost on my way to being out of the 180s!!
Woo Hoo! 188.5 this morning. Second bounce into the 180's and it's a great one! If I'm still in the 180's tomorrow (and no good reason not to be), I'll be moving on down to "Getting out of the 180's" group. Hope to be there and see you all there really soon!
Back up to 191 this morning. Could be sodium so I'm doubling up on water today. Tomorrow is the official weigh in day, so hopefully I can be under 190 and move on out.
