I am at 195.3!!! Hopefully by next Tuesday when I weigh in it'll be 193ish and I'll be so much closer to the 180s and out of the 190s FOREVER and I mean that.

Still 195. I have been on plan and walked a mile last night but the scale is not budging YET. I think my body is saying "well are you going to stay on plan this time? Or not??"

As for me, I don't really know what to do! Yesterday I was 192 or 193. My scale kept going back and forth. My hubby and I bought a new scale last night, as ours was from the 30's... I knew my old scale was about 3 pounds higher than I actually was, so I weighed this morning on my new scale and it said 188.6. So am I officially in the 180's?? Even though the scale I've been using would have said 191 or 192?
I am ALL KINDS OF STUCK. In the last few days I've driven about 1500 miles, at least, and I know that's why... not a good week for workouts, but what is so frustrating is I am really not eating very much AT ALL.
bouncing between 192 and 193, after seeing 190 last Friday, and believe me I have been UBER good about my calories.
Oh well, I've got to be prepping for a whoosh soon.
189.3 today. Amazing to go through the 190s so quickly when I have been losing between 0-1 lbs per week for several months. It feels good! See you in the 180s!
