Finally got over my monthly slump and even with intuitive eating I down to 197.4! My progress may have slowed but at least it is in the right direction, down!
196.4!! So intuitive eating has been good...and I haven't been exercising (which will change this weekend). So, this will hopefully be practice for maintenance. Because once this weight is gone, I will be monitoring it like a hawk. No more than 5 lbs (unless I'm seriously ill of course). I'm not going to look and most importantly feel like I did at 233 again. Eating junk and being inactive is so not worth the misery.
