Hurray, (almost)! Post-workout today my scale said 189.5; this morning we were at 190.0 so I know I probably just needed to drink a bit more. But two days at 189.5 and lower as an official morning weigh-in and I will officially claim the new decade.
Considering my rapid drop to around 193ish, I was surprised to stick around in the 190s for so long! However, I've had a couple days in a row now at 189.5 or lower, so I guess I'm moving on over to the 180s thread. Good luck everyone!
Hi all! I just hit 199 today and I'm looking forward to hitting 189 by mid May. I've also started intuitive eating so I hope that goes well, and I'll report my progress.

Finally lost that two pounds I gained while on vacation. I am at 190 this morning and I am determined to be in the 180's soon.
I have a busy work out schedule the next few weeks. I have been training for a 40-mile bicycle ride that takes place on April 16th. I have been riding 15miles every other day and do WATP, pilates and strength training on the other days. I am hoping to lose at least two more pounds before April 16th. Small goal, but doable.
