saw 190.6 this morning but I gave myself a total free day. Didn't count my calories at all. Just needed a little break. Back to my eating/exercising plan tomorrow.
May i join you? after a week of stalling at onderland (hate poxy onderland now! ) i made 196 this morning, which is a total of 2 1/2 stone off. Sooooo next target 189!
come on.... 7lbs be gone!
Life has gotten in the way the past few months... I gained about 2 lbs. I made sure not to get to comfortable. So back to plan it is for me. I'm starting today at 194. So the plan is to leave the 190s by July 4 (hopefully sooner :-))
