Uber irritated. I bounced back to 192 and have been stuck there....
I was losing so fast for a moment there that it's irritating to be stuck again, but what can you do? I want to get to the 180s before the end of the month.
I'm still where I was - 196 - still on plan and plugging away. Hoping to see a bit go in the next few days.
Had a very good bike ride yesterday! About 12 1/2 miles. I like bike riding quite a lot, as it is a wonderful burner and I don't feel like I'm pounding my joints to get the workout.
This morning I weighed in at 197lbs. Which is good, I'm moving on down the 190s ... but I just don't feel excited about it. I want to be further away from 200lbs so bad, it seems like one or two slip ups and I'll be back to seeing a 2 in front of my weight which I never want to again.
I am totally stuck at 191. Aaaargh. True confession, I've stayed super low on my calories.... I FEEL smaller, but I'm not retaining water right now, so I guess the old bod just doesn't want to let go.
On the plus side I FINALLY saw some movement on my measurements....
Bust: 41, rib cage 34, waist 33, hips 43.... which oddly enough, makes me a pear, and I've never been a pear!
I had to pull the tape pretty tight to see 33 at my waist, but still and all...
I have less than a 35 inch waist-- meaning I'm out of the High risk category for waist size!!!!!!!!!! My waist would not budge below 36 or even 37 for the LONGEST TIME.
