High School Reunion Diet

A high school reunion is a great way to meet old friends and classmates. From rekindling friendships to building new ones, you will want to look your best after all these years. Getting ready for the big night entails a strong commitment, which is sure to produce favorable results. As you look forward to that special night, the High School Reunion Diet will help you look slimmer and ensure a healthier lifestyle. This diet was created by Dr. David Colbert, and has helped so many people.

Eat Right for that Special Night

The diet concentrates on eliminating fatty and processed foods. These can be in the form of sugary snacks, fast food, and other tempting items. It also permits good carbohydrate and protein intake. You will replace your current diet with fruits, vegetables, and organic foods that are natural and nutrient-rich. The eating plan also consists of nuts, fish, eggs, and lean meats. You should also drink a high volume of water, while you refrain from soda and sweet juices.

Three Meals and Two Snacks

The High School Reunion Diet will get you back in proper shape. Best of all, the diet keeps you full and helps avoid those midnight snack cravings. The program is designed to help you eat right, while losing weight within a short period of time and on budget. With any diet plan, you should first ask a physician about its benefits. The information is essential to planning an eating schedule, while incorporating exercise techniques. The typical High School Reunion Diet consists of 3 meals and 2 snacks. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Skipping any of these meals is not recommended. This could result in a lack of energy and slower weight loss. Many celebrities have kept trim and lost weight with this diet.

A Delicious Menu

The plan is full of delicious foods. You are guaranteed to lose at least 5-10 pounds within the first 2 weeks. Although processed foods should be avoided, beans and tuna can be integrated into meals. The third week will see the steps repeated until you reach desired results. You can also take vitamin supplements, fish oil tablets, and a little bit of wine with your supper. Normally, breakfast consists of egg white omelets and coffee. A snack consisting of low-fat yogurt and fruits will follow. Depending on your schedule, lunch at home or the office should include salads and vegetables. The last snack of the day can include cottage cheese, light crackers, and celery sticks. When it is time for dinner, the meal must include a lean meat or fish. Add salad and vegetables to enhance the meal, while meeting dietary needs.

The diet is ideal for men and women. It can help you look younger and help you fit perfectly into that dress or tuxedo. With a wide array of meals and snacks, you will never starve. It also builds the foundation for a healthier and productive lifestyle.

I found this diet in the Woman World magizine. I am wondering, at the bottom of the article it states that you can swap different proteins and starchy veggies and nonstarchy fruits, and states to check out other menus, but I can’t find them online. Help! Thanks!
