My April goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

I am trying to increase my steps.
I did barely any walking for the last 4 months so I have upped it this month and Im trying to do at least 5000 steps a day for the month to get me into the habit of doing it and then with a goal to increase it next month again. So I figured that 5,000 steps over the month (with one day off a week!) should be around 130,000 steps

Everyone looks like they're doing really well with their exercise. As for me, I'm struggling to get myself motivated to get moving. I'm thinking of buying a Fitbit like LittleLostMe has done. Maybe that will help. The weather was very nice today and I managed to get walk in.

I'm pleased to be at least half-way on all of my goals, at the half-way point of the month. I had to work for that in the last week, due to some lackluster days earlier in the month.
