Ended up going for an indian at lunchtime think between the curry sauce, the pakora and the naan bread I have had around 25 syns - not much fun. But hey I had only used 5 for the week, so now I've used 30, still got another 40 to play with. At least I am having a green day and I stuck to vegetable curry with boiled rice

So much for my nice healthly salad

Already doing the flexi-syns bit Carol make sure you are good with the other 40 you did so well this week.

Sorry you are suffering Val that does'nt sound like fun at all but will help with the weightloss tho' I got married in Vegas too

I had frozen asda curry 5.5 syns (luckily only like rubbish curry. ) Don't worry if you go over your syn allowance a bit Carol. Cat is right it is flexi syns. You just count them then carry on with your normal daily amount.

Just added my weight loss on the slimming world website, on current form I could weigh what I want by the 16th August 2004. Nice dream, think once i put in a couple of more weeks, it will become a bit more realistic.

I like the idea of flexible syns, but I am going to try and cut back on the number of syns I have for the rest of the week. Mostly I use them for sauces to put on meat and vegs and there are loads of free ones of those

i think you'll find that the bigger you are the faster you lose Kirsty those skinnier lizzies have a harder time getting it off.

There is more chance you will lose every week ( even if you mess up) if you are the biggest in the group ( which I certainly am!) so you can be superior In my group of 4 who go to sw the thinnest has got their 10% first but I am only 4.5 to go.

Just got back from Slimming World. Have lost 2lb this week (still a lb to go before I lose the 3lb I put on - lol). I am pleased with this as I am having what my leader calls a star week (Time of the Month) - lol.

I'm with you Veggie, lets blame it on the boogie, oops sorry the wine. Perhaps if I had gone booging after drinking it all, I might have lots some weight. Will not be a happy bunny until I have stood on those scales tomorrow night, am not looking forward to it at all
