Today:
B: WLS veggie omelet with spinach
L: Spinach & cukes salad, WLS Chicken noodle soup
D: Thin & Trim chicken sausage bites, sliced cukes & red bell pepper (dinner while driving to class - finger food!)
S: either a Healthsmart choco chip cookie, or a Quest bar

I make meatballs with ground pork! use egg white as a binder and season with sage
