About the flake cereal - I was told that not only is it restricted, but that I can't have it at all on P1!
Unless it's one of those "prepackaged" P3/4 meals that IP put out recently, that sounds like bad info. I don't use IP products, what is the nutritional info for the flake cereal? That would be the easiest way to tell.
Maybe it's bad info - I just got it from my coach. I could have misunderstood her though, perhaps she just said it was restricted.
There are actually coaches who say that you can't use restricted items on Phase 1 at all, but that's a myth. If the flake is just restricted, why deprive yourself if you don't have to?
B - crispy cereal/cinnamon "bread", coffee w/ ff milk & splenda
L - potato puree flatbread, salad
S - probably vinegar crisps (I forgot to bring a snack so will have to run home between appts this afternoon)
D - 4 oz chicken breast w/ broccoli or salad (or both!)

split my snacks yesterday and loved it!! Plus eating omelet earlier in the day is helping with the gas and big C too

L: IP BBQ crisps, Lettuce and cuke salad w/vinegar & splenda dressing
D: Crackslaw with extra lean ground beef, cabbage and mushrooms
