Hi SuzieQ,

It's something I read about here, it's a ground meat and cabbage stir fry. I just googled for a recipe and for seasoning I use my salt, pepper, garlic, a couple of flakes of crushed red peppers, pinch of ginger, sprinkle of cumin, a pinch of Splenda, my EVOO, and some water. I also add mushrooms, which I read in one recipe, but they just call it cabbage stir fry.

You can check online though, I may have added and omitted from the basic recipe.

D- Minced beef n veggies since i ended up eating tilapia yesterday. (was out of veggies for minced beef)
S2-Quest DCC bar half with tea. (post dinner dessert)
cucumbers (2-4 TJ organic persian cukes), lettuce (I eat 1 entire bunch of organic TJ romaine lettuce) in between.

L: IP Chicken soup with 2c spinach and EVOO
D: 1 egg/2 white scramble with 1c red peppers 1c collard greens with EVOO
S: IP Vanilla pudding pancake with 1 egg white and IP maple syrup

Sort of doing 2 days of "boot camp" - no restricted, eggs instead of a 4th packet as I've had a week of missed meal times and lots of stress and the scales aren't looking kind.

Discovered that the Weight Loss Systems products actually have both fructose and sugar in them and I think that affected me more than I had initially hoped, so it's back to IP and HealthSmart which both use stevia or sucralose. Pity, as the WLS pudding/shake is far nicer tasting.
