S: IP Vanilla pudding with 1 tbsp Torani SF salted caramel syrup

Default First Month down on Phase 1 of Ideal Protein

So far I am loving it! I have lost 17.5 lbs my first month. Starting to get alittle bored with the food though, I really need to find some recipes I like!


Today I have had
