Hey everyone! I'm a newbie and would love if anyone has any suggestions on good tips or goals to set when you are just starting out!
For now i'm going to make three goals, one on each level.
1.) Exercise everyday EXCEPT Sundays. (religious reasons.) (Level 3) 3 pauses
2.) Drink at least 24 ounces of water per day. (Level 2) 2 pauses
3.) Eat a fruit and vegetable everyday. (Level 1) 1 pause day
