day 1 3/25 Arm bungee stretches / 2.5 miles walking briskly (whew almost got run over too)
Day 2 3/26 Just exercised my mind learning a whole new computer program (pause)
Day 3 3/27 2.5 mile walk and bungee arm stretches (toning) yeah
Day 4 3/28 Dancing around the house woo hoo
Day 5 3/29 2.5 mile walk (in less time) and I am pooped! 1st week at work
Day 6 3/30 Bungee Arm Stretches / 10 minutes Zumba (oohhh my hips!) lol
Day 7 3/31 Bungee Arm Stretches / 1 hour trimming Palm Trees up and down ladder
Day 8 4/1 walked 1.5 miles and my shoulders hurt (stress)
Day 9 4/2 Bungee arm stretches and Salsa dancing
Day 10 PAUSE BABY
Day 11 4/4 Bungee arm stretches and walking stairs at work. Treadmill 2nite
Day 12 4/5 Just Bungee arm stretches.but I am losing inches.. NEED TO WALK!!
Day 13 4/6 Bungee Arm Stretches and walked around our WINGFest (1 miles) NEED TO WALK more!!
Day 14 4/7 2.5 mile walk and trimming my large Oak Tree... Oh my back and shoulders!!
Day 15 4/8 2.5 mile walk and sweating (hot and humid outside) Bungee arm stretches tooo
