Way to power on everyone!

Goal: Exercise everyday (Level 2 but trying to ace it).

Day 1: Elliptical 26 min (1.15 mi). Started today as yesterday I was traveling.

Challenge 2 - Eat under 1500 cals/day and do knee strengthening DVD 3X/week


Feb. 15 - 1456 cals, no exercise
Feb. 16 - 1453 cals, strong knees workout
Feb. 17 - 1614 (OOPS!) - Still counting because my net calories is under 1500.
Feb. 18 - 1462, strong knees workout

Walked during my volunteer shift. (Normally it is Monday but I switched this week.)

Day 3: Took an unusual route--used wii fit free run and jogged for 10 minutes (1.38 mile). Lol I don't think I've done that much jogging in 10 years or more.

I'm in! I actually had my own challenge.. so I consider this my day 4.
My challenge is to exercise everyday. I have also joined the 1000 miles in 2013 challenge.. so every 7 days I will put my total miles instead of entering it every day
day 1 - walked 30 minutes around apartment complex
day 2 - treadmill, weights, bike
day 3 - walked 15 minutes around apartment complex
day 4 (today) - treadmill 20 minutes, bike 5 minutes, weights, and leg exercises
