I'm in! I actually had my own challenge.. so I consider this my day 4.

My challenge is to exercise everyday. I have also joined the 1000 miles in 2013 challenge.. so every 7 days I will put my total miles instead of entering it every day

__day 1__ - walked 30 minutes around apartment complex

__day 2__ - treadmill, weights, bike

__day 3__ - walked 15 minutes around apartment complex

__day 4 (today)__ - treadmill 20 minutes, bike 5 minutes, weights, and leg exercises
