OK Back to the STEPS challenge... Need to do at least 6250 a day!
only 1 pause is allowed this time!

Day 1 7/13 9377 Love starting the day with miles of road walking!
Day 2 7/14 rained ALL DAY! flooded roads PASS (only walked 2100 steps
Day 3 7/15 11414 and counting! walked 5 K in 1 hour woo hoo.. gonna cut a minute every time
Day 4 7/16 6791 Steps
Day 5 7/17 8651 Steps... Walked 1.5 miles at night... need to do more!
Day 6 7/18 6328 steps.. Rained at night.. so no walking outside.. just around the living room LOLOLOL

Starting Squats now adding 1 more per day! I started a week ago.. But now will track them!

Day 1 7/10 22 squats... add 1 more every day! will be at 43 at end and keep going
Day 2 7/11 23 Squats Woo Hoo
Day 3 7/12 24 Squats
Day 4 7/13 26 squats... Oh well added 1 extra LOL
I feel my arse is getting just alittle rounder oh yah
Day 5 7/14 27 squats Yep I Did!
Day 6 7/15 28 Squats... Ohhh just starting to get to my keister.. I lean from 1 side to another to just work 1 cheek
Day 7 7/16 29 Squats.. Oh wow.. it it starting to hurt alittle now.. WHEW
Day 8 7/17 30 Squats... It is getting harder.. But my Butt is looking better!
Day 9 7/18 31 Squats... This is getting harder.. YIKES! but results are happening!

The most difficult thing for me to do is commit to doing something every day.

Perhaps this will make things easier for me.
My workout consists of 5 sets of twenty squats, wall push ups, and jumping jacks and 25 leg lifts.

Day 1: 7/19 -Done
Day 2: 7/20 -Done
Day 3: 7/21 -Done
Day 4: 7/22 -Done Oh God, yesterday's workout plus labor intensive work day...I nearly keeled over. >.<
Day 5: 7/23 -Done
Day 6: 7/24 -Done
Day 7: 7/25 -Done This is the first time EVER that I have worked out for a week straight!!!!
Day 8: 7/26 -Done
Day 9: 7/27 -Done
Day 10: 7/28- Done After all the mess ups, I am glad I stuck to the plan of working out everyday.
