Havent been to the gym in a while.. to have a REAL good workout.. hopefully I can do that tomorrow!
Goal - exercise everyday
day 1 - walked 30 minutes around apartment complex
day 2 - treadmill, weights, bike
day 3 - walked 15 minutes around apartment complex
day 4 - treadmill 20 minutes, bike 5 minutes, weights, and leg exercises
day 5 - random ab workouts and some leg workouts
day 6 - treadmill 30 mins, weights
day 7 - 27 minute walk/jog outside with my son nice day!
day 8 - not so good.. just danced around house.. but i broke a sweat
day 9 - 25 minutes treadmill, 10 mins bike, and 20 minutes of weights woo
day 10 - 22 minutes walking outside with son... and walking all day at work (teacher)
day 11 - walked 30 minutes
day 12 - walked around all day at work ( I dont consider that much workout so i consider this day a fail
day 13 - 10 minutes on bike, 15 minutes on treadmill, 25 minutes cleaning house
day 14 - 23 minute walk/speed walk 1.40 miles
day 15 -teaching - walking ALL day, then played running/hide and seek for 20 mintues
day 16 - teaching - walking ALL day probably talk of 3 hours of walking all night
day 17 -walking all day at work... 27 min walking/speed walking at park with my son in his stroller..
day 18 - arm weights.. bike.. walking
day 19 - arm weights .. bike.. walking.. leg weights
day 20 - grocery shopping for 2 hours.. lots of walking
day 21 -15 mintue jog - 1 mile

I can for sure say this challenge helped me ALOT to work out.. I might not have lost much weight but I have gained some muscle weight.. Starting tomorrow.. my new challenge is to drink ATLEAST 32 oz. and workout at least 3 times a week.. I am TIRED of working out every day lol so imma do 3-4 days a week
