Roasted Asparagus

recipe ingredients
2 lb. asparagus, trimmed
2 tsp. olive oil
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

recipe directions
Preheat oven to 450*F. In a shallow roasting pan (or baking sheet with sides) toss the asparagus with oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and browned, shaking once during cooking. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and toss. Season with additional salt and pepper if necessary. May be served warm or at toom temperature.

    This was very good. We ate it both warm and cold and liked both ways. I didn’t add the pepper and it was fine.

    If you like asparagus,have to try this.Roasted is the bomb! Breakfast, lunch, dinner warm or cold..
