21 Day Challenge - #1

Since I have had a hard time with steps lately, I decided to reflect back on  3FC.  As it turns out, there is a groups of people who complete “21 Day Challenges” and I decided to join.  I’ll trackmyself here.  Hopefully, I’ll do more than one.

21 DAY CHALLENGE (October) - Track weight daily, obtain required steps daily. ONE PAUSE ALLOWED.

I can’t believe I almost made it!  Geesh.  I thought I was OK on 11/5/08.  Then, the VERY next day, I woke up late, got stuck in meeting after meeting at work and didn’t leave until after midnight.  It was terrible.  Oh well, I’ll think of another challenge soon.
