So here’s the breakdown for this week since I failed to keep up with this thing…grrr…
Sunday, March 1: Gym-weights tris and back
Monday, March 2: Swim- 800 yds
Thursday, March 5: Jog- 1 mile
Friday, March 6: Jog- 0.75 mile, weights- bis, tris, abs and chest

Hmm it appears like your blog ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
