Sprinkling happiness on all of you!
I don’t know about you all but since losing so much weight I have found my happiness and self esteem has increased so much! I actually feel great about myself..When I am looking in a mirror I find myself thinking of things I LIKE about myself and not things that are wrong……………..I feel strong, vibrant and thankful that I am simply ALIVE! I’m thankful that I can run/walk in a very safe environment..thankful for the fresh air I am able to breathe in and out daily. Thankful for 3FC for all your support..it truly is amazing! Thankful for my ability to push myself further each time I jog/exercise…Thankful for my discipline that has gotten me this far..Thankful for all of my friends/family…Thankful to be employed which allows me to eat healthier..yes eating healthier costs more…it is a known fact..lol…Just thankful for life itself..
So I’m asking you to all take a minute and think of the things you are happy/thankful for in your life..or even some things about you that you like! Feel free to comment and let me know!

Ahhh…I am thankful for:
the doctor prescribing the “hellfire pill” for high triglycerides that made me realize that I HAD TO CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE!!
For all the details falling into place that have all played such a huge part in my success so far: 3FC blog buddies, fitday, the walmart cheap elliptical in my basement that I used in the beginning for exercise, Cooking Light recipes, the fabulous track where I run and nice mountains around it for me to look at while I run, and my family which reminds me that I have too much to live for than to kill myself with food, C25k, and hopefully this new running group that I have joined.
Great post, I hope others join in!

Oh, yeah! Lot’s to be thankful for! One of which is you, Angela, because I look at your results and think, “Hmmm…we started out around the same weight and I’m pretty much on track with where Angela was the first five months so maybe, eventually, I can get where she is now!”
Also:
DH (whom I will love till the cows come home!),
my children and grandchildren,
3FC and all the wonderful, supportive friends I’ve found here,
my job,
my health (which is still pretty damn good, considering),
my little retreat in Florida that allows me to rethink and regroup,
all the time off from my job so I can spend it with the people I love,
and much, much more!
