Jennie107....Hang in there!! Been there, done that! I would take it in small baby steps. Get one good OP meal under your belt and build from there until you have a full day OP. I would seriously get rid of those chips. Besides, who can have just one serving? That sounds like its a trigger for you, if you need that crunchy feeling, what about baby carrots in ff dip? Or read a book, but whatever....keep those fingers busy!!!

I just got back from the gym. I did my usual,...

turn on the treadmill, got my music on and started reading a magazine. Before I knew it, I had run 3 miles!!!! HOLY COW!!! I feel so PUMPED That was in addition to Jillians workout before, so woohoo!!! There is no way next weighin I'm going to be the same yoyo weight!!!
