Good Morning girls!! Just had my coffee and still trying to wake up. lol....What a surprize this morning, we got a dusting of snow in the night!!! woohoo.... It probably won't last after lunchtime....but still, the boys are so excited. I'm off to the gym for some treadmill time. Going to try running again. We'll see. Have a great day.

Actually I was up late, and now I'm up early. I've finished my workout for today, and I'm about to get in the shower and then get the kids up for school. We have rehearsal tonight, and the kids have dance class after school, so once we leave this morning we are not back until 10:30/11:00pm tonight.

I hope everyone is staying focused on their Christmas challenge. Have a great day!

Hi ladies, I am going out tonight to dinner with some friends. I almost said no because I am so afraid of falling off this wagon AGAIN. We are doing Thai or Chinese, I am going to go onto Dotties web to get ideas of pts. I did not get to work out today,or tomorrow. Maybe I will do a tape that way I can burn some pts up. Anyway I hope you all have a good day.

if you fill up a small chinese tea cup 3 times with broccoli chicken it is 4 pts just to give you an idea of portion control and something that wouldnt be to hateful to eat i love broccoli chicken just watch your portions stay away from the egg rolls and anything breaded

Huntersmomy congrats on your weight loss. Im down 1lb this week which is okay after being so bad on Thursday. Iv'e been doing really well. I hope everyone else has great weigh ins this week. Havent been able to read all the posts just wanted to jump on and say HI to everyone!

Hunters mommy You Rock. Thank you soo much for the info. I did pretty good. I ordered the broc and beef with a small amount of rice. I also had the wonton soup, which was so good. It had shrimp in it. Yumm I did not drink and had lots of water. I came home with half of it.Before,I would of had an egg roll and fried rice lots and ate the whole meal. So even if I did go over my points I know I made better choices. I told the girls I wouldn't be able to do a cookie exchange. I just do not want those things around. I have to make some anyway and I think I will freeze them and put them in the freezer outside. Out of sight out of mind. Anyway congratulations Anna on you lose too.Chat later

Thanks Angie and djmommy! Djmommy congrats on your dinner. Sounds very yummy and you definately made great choices. Just think of all the really bad things you could have ordered.

Oh yeah, angel eyes thanks for the pierogie recipe I cant wait to make it. I think I will this weekend.

I did so well today I woke up at 6:30 to exercise on my elliptical and I had 26 points today plus 60+ ozs of water and I really cut back on the diet pops.
Its amazing how good it feels to meet your goals even if it's one day at a time. It makes you wonder how we can ever fall off.

Im so glad everyone else is doing great!!! And for all the browsers who read the posts. Join in. Even if you have fallen off pace for the moment, we love to chat with you!

anna you did great yesterday with meeting your goals way to go girl

and Djmommy I'm so glad it helped with the info I sent to you bout food to order. yeah i had tomake cookies this year and will probably leave cookies out for santa but, I will make a very small batch that is a good idea to put them in the freezer outside your right out of sight out ofmind.

lets have a great day girls. well I need to go get my lil man fed and try to squeeze in my first 30 minute workout while hes munchin.

Hey all, it sounds like everyone is staying focused! I have WI tomorrow, so hopefully I will get to change my tickers again for smaller numbers.

Christmas cookies, just the thought of them is making my mouth water! I'm fine as long as I don't have even ONE! I have to make some too, but mine go to the theater to be sold at intermission, so I should be safe!

Good luck on the wi Michelle. I actually worked out this morning with the kids home. I have not done that since they were babies. They had a late start today and my lil one will not be going to school at all, soooo I dug out some tae bo tapes that I never used, and put that baby on and boy what an intense workout . I only did the instructional and an 8 min one and it kicked my butt. I may do it later too. My older boy did it with me for a bit he was cute. Anyway even though my choices were good last night I went overon my pts. I have to do sooso good today. I think it may be a soup and salad day. Good luck girls Stay focused. Oh yeah Huntersmommy what part of ohio were you from? We just moved here 3 months ago, from Michigan. Sounds like you may have been in the snow belt. We are in Columbus area.I miss the snow ,not the driving part but the whiteness. We are suppose to get some snow on Thurs. People say we will not get it like Mi. My kids are bummed. Oh well Good luck ladies.

Morning all!! congratulations to all the losers so far this week...that is awesome!!! You are all do so well

I go back to the dentist today for round 2 ...yuck!! AND my good ol' friend TOM is visiting. I'm sooo excited!!! NOT!!! There is no way you could pay me to step on the scale today. It might just be a soup day for me too, after I get back from the dentist. Actually...not a bad idea to make the cheesy veggie soup, I think its only 1 pt per cup. Get all those workouts in...and stay OP!!!

Michelle....good luck with your weigh in tommorow. Its always GOODthing when you can change your ticker!!

djmommy....way to go!!! I haven't tried a tae bo workout, I hear they are awesome. Is yours by that guy 'billy blanks'? He is tough.
