Good Morning!!!

I forgot to weigh in yesterday amid my full morning of errands and dentist woes....I gained half a pound. No big deal though....for lack of a better way to say it.....I NEED SOME FIBRE HELP!!! Usually its not a problem for me, but its been a couple of days or so.......SORRY!!! hehe...but its just us girls!! hehe

CONGRATULATIONS to the LOSERS!!! WOOHOOO...you all are doing so well.

Healthygoals.....I wish the one crown from yesterday was it.....I also go back Jan 16th for 2 more!!! I wish I had taken better care of my teeth when I was younger. Now all the old fillings are cracking along with the edges of my teeth!!! ARGH!!!!

Nice to meet you Miss McCoy.....Good for you for taking that first step!!! You have listed some great daily goals. I'm sure you are to the challenge!!! We are all here to help each other.

angel-eyes sorry you are having the teeth problems as far as fiber just increase those greens maybe a bran cereal would help not sure if that helps or not. but, your right its just a girls we can talk about anything and even if you gained a half a pound alot of things can contribute to that and dont sweat it girl you can do it get back on the wagon today and get that water in and stay on plan and move you got to move to lose

Angie-I too like you don't normally see the scale move until Friday and sometimes even not until Sat. my WI day..so i won't be too disapointed if I don't lose...I'm in this for the long haul so an early WI won't get me down.

Hey all so far I'm op for the day. I do still have to go to rehearsal tonight, but I should be fine. I'm going to try to head straight to bed when I get home, and not be tempted to check the boards.

Hi Ladies!
Angie-Your little boy is a doll! How cute.
Miss McCoy-thanks to you starting these holiday challenges, we're all here! Thank you! Hey, 2lbs. loss is great-at least not a gain!
It sounds like everyone's doing well! I'm back onplan now, it feels good to have my eating in control. It's cold here in Wisconsin, so couldn't run much more than 20 mins, but was glad that I got out.
Almost middle of the week! Hooray!
Take care everyone!
Molly

Good Morning Ladies,

i would like to thank all of you for the encouragement, I am not going to give up this time. But I do need some advise. I go to school in the day and immediately go to work afterwards. I usually have my dinner at work around 6:00 pm. I try to make that my cut off. But when I arrive home at about 9:30 I eat all over again. How can I train my self to not eat when I am at home (after I've already eaten dinner). Give me some ideas of what I can do. Well im off to the grocery store to buy lots of veggies and workout.

Huntersmommie- That is a great picture of you and your little one.He is a cutie pie and I think he looks just like you.

Good Morning! I did stay op for the rest of the day. Today is brand new day, it's midweek, and things are looking good. Now if only I didn't have to go to work. I'll check in with you all later today.

Angie-Really enjoyed the pic! I had a pic in the Members Gallery, but I don't see a thing for the Member's Gallery anymore..not sure if I am looking in the right place or not. I will have to move it into my profile.

Molly-Girl way to get outside and run!! As my trainer says..some cardio is better than no cardio!

Stagemom-Glad you had a good OP day.

Miss McCoy-Maybe just allow yourself a snack when you get home instead of a meal...like Apple and Peanut butter or a small salad. That way you are eating something but just not a whole meal.

Well I too had a good OP day yesterday and will WI tomorrow...my scale has not moved so I am thinking it won't before WI but that is ok as I stated in another post. We have a wedding to go to this weekend and I am sorta worried about the eating part of it...hopefully I am smart about everything.
