ladies. wow life is getting so hectic around here for the holidays .. hope everyone is doing well. even if we have moments we go off plan what is impt is that we dont throw in the towel for the entire day have an oops and then keep working on plan and remember the next day is a new day and you can do this.
my weight is really all over the place this week i'm on plan but, with TOM water retention is killing me i wake up feeling so bloated hope that feelings gone by tuesday. well i had the cold then felt better then got the stomach bug this week my lil one ws sick last weekend doing better this weekend and now my hubby is sick uggh tired of all the germs around here. well i just got done doing my watp 2 mile walk and the firm up fast still waiting on my biggest loser dvd workout got an email from overstock.com that it has been mailed cant wait to have a new workout to try supposed to be 6 on the dvd to do im excited.
cryket great job getting on that treadmill for 25 minutes no matter what you do its great as long as we move each day. housework burns calories playing with those kids burns calories theres alot of things that burn calories

i'm a pop girl from ohio anyways the less pop i have the more water I drink I can definitely see a difference in weight loss. water is so so good for us
