OK, thanks on the comments on my breakfast. For lunch I had roast beef, 1/4 avacado, cut up green pear. For a snack I had RAW granola with coconut milk. Plus water, then for dinner I had a Lean Cuisine Spinach Pizza.

It sounds like tracking may not be that bad, if I am already eating ok stuff. Thanks, and have a great evening.

smashlers Awesome job!!!! I know you were excited to see that number!! So so proud of you girl!!!

I am so so nervous about weighing in next week. I'm feeling like I am not calculating points correctly =/ Tonight are having homemade chicken and rice casserole! How in the world do I calculate those points?! Do I calculate every ingredient seperately??

I'm feeling a little frustrated today. Boo!
Hope y'alls day was better than mine!!

I didn't know there was a thread that MOVED so much... this is great to see. I need a lot of new stuff to read!

That recipe tracker is pretty cool. You just put in what you put in! You don't even really have to fiddle with serving sizes, you can just put the amount of servings that you split it into. Does that make sense? Like this... I made some approximation of shepherd's pie for supper... I have no idea what a normal "serving size" of shepherd's pie would be, but I DO know that me, my son, and my daughter all had an equal share and there was one similar size piece left, so I just put "four servings" on my recipe and it came out to 8 points. Eliminates the measuring part, which annoys me.

smashlers: WAY TO GO!!!
Veneficae: Welcome!

I'm here just for a quick in and out. I worked a 12 hour, and had some fierce errands to run tonight, so this gal is bagged!

I did want to check in and see how everyone is doing. As for the menu, a whole lotta the same as previous days, stayed within points . I did have my weigh-in today, and I'm down 3 1/2 Lbs., so that made my day!

To treat ourselves, we're going for sushi (kappa makki for me) tomorrow, all planned out. We have been so good with not eating out a ton, and have saved quite a bit of money.

Night, ladies!

Veneficae: Hiya, howareya. I think we have a pretty fun little WW thread going. A Bunch of chatty Cathy's who are awesome at staying OP! Welcome!

Mandelea: WOOT WOOT! That's awesome! Congrats on an awesome loss! Sushi! I lovvvve Sushi! We went a week ago or so, and I ordered a sweet potato roll AND a California roll.... The waitress forgot my sweet potato roll, so I let it slide, no big deal. When I got home, for fun, I checked the points had I actually got that roll.... Tempura is insane. That little roll would have been like 16 pts or more. The planets had aligned when she messed that up. Have fun tonight!

HAPPY FRIDAY

We made it to Friday, ladies! WOOHOO!!!

Chele615 - oh very cool! I went ice skating with my family once and my SIL (who's in her 30s) went to the center of the rink (where no one ventures because it means not touching the wall ) and was doing spins and jumps. My jaw literally dropped. I was like, "WHO ARE YOU?!" It' incredible to watch!

smashlers - WOOHOO Congrats! How'd the meatloaf turn out?

chickadeee55 - Yeah, the tracking it easy. I like it because I hyper fixate when I count calories and I can't do that on WW. It's just easier for me.

oksoitsjen - You had a huge loss this week! I wouldn't be too worried about it. You'll probably not lose like that this week because your body is in shock, but if you were able to lose 9.5lbs this past weigh in I promise you're doing something right!!! Like everyone else, I'd throw it into the recipe builder and see what it spits out.

Veneficae - Welcome!!

MandeLea - WOOHOO Congrats!!! OMG - I <3 sushi, but DH hates it. Needless to say, I dont get sushi very often. LOL

----------

Friday couldn't get here fast enough this week! It's been such a long week that I'm deep into OT and leaving at 12:45pm. WOOHOO! I might see if DH wants to get lunch or something.

Weather wise we got nothing but a hefty layer frost/ice to scrape off of my car. How disappointing. Ugh!

This weekend will difficult to stay POP. Tomorrow night we have a party that we're going to and then maybe another party on Sunday. Both of which mean I'll have no control of my food and what's in it. Hello flex points and pre eating!!!

I weigh in tomorrow and I'm very excited! Hopefully to take off some of the 12lbs I put on since Thanksgiving and my Holimonths.

Falcon's play on Sunday! RISE UP!!!

okay I'm posting this because I know I'm not the only 1 who has ever done it. Yesterday during my weigh in, I didn't get the answer that I wanted. Well... I've been a little "backed up" this week (lol, blush) but I've been so perfectly on plan that I KNEW I should have had a loss. so this morning after I finally "did the deed" I have to back on the scales. Voila!!! I lost FOUR POUNDS.
SO... Weigh in redo... That's the results I was expecting !

Somuchfattitude: The venison meatloaf was surprisingly delicious! I was quite skeptical, but... the BF did a great job!

Today I am going to Penn Station for lunch with some ladies from work.... I have no idea how to eat there... I guess I could say, don't smother my grilled veggies in oil please? I can't seem to find a WW restaurant guide for this place. They don't even have a salad on the menu! Why did i agree to this!!! I am feeling kinda stressed.

Dinner is spaghetti squash, fake meatballs and sauce. I can't wait.

Veneficae ** Not to just announce my business to the world, but ... That makes two of us 'sista!!! I'm even takin a 'helper' but its not working ~ so I'm scared to get on the scale!! I know I've stayed on track this week AND done some exercises I havent typically been doing, so if I dont see some sort of drop, I know I will be disappointed!! BUT, on the other hand .. Congrats on your -4 !!!!! Thats great!!!!

smashlers ** Does the resturant you're going to have some kind of grilled chicken or something?! I've asked places I've eaten out at to pls PLS pls go light on the oil when cooking the veggies. I think they would look at me odd if I said dont use any ... But I can tell when they dont use as much. Surely, with America like it is ... They would be willing to help with such an easy request?!?

** I'm gonna have to check out this recipe builder and see what its about .. Just in case I do decide to actually cook ~ lol ... that sounds funny for me!!!

I bowled last night and then decided to head over to Chic Fil A ... I got a Spicy Chicken Wrap that was 8 pts ... Which is exactly what I had left for the day. All my friends that went with me had the normal sandwiches AND french fries .. I'm not gonna lie ... i was tempted to grab a fry but I never did it!!

..•.¸¸•´¯`•.¸¸.ஐ HaPpY FrIdAy FrIeNdS!!! ஐ..•.¸¸•´¯`•.¸¸.

Only 2 more days until I get to meet my Baby Daddy!!! ( lol ) ** That poor man isn't gonna know what to do!! Gary Allan will never be the same!!!!

Hi,My name is Shell and new to this site. I am attempting for the 2nd time the weight watchers program (old flex). The first time, I attended meetings and did the whole nine yards and kept my weight off for almost 5 years, then, well life happened and I am back again. Although, I am doing it from home, based off the old program, I believe that my success will be just as great with out the expense.
This is my 3rd week back on the program and the one thing I do miss from my first time is the support and encouragement, so I am hoping that I can get it from this site. Plus, I believe that the weight comes off easier when you surround your self with great people who are in the same boat with only one oar with you.
Thanks for listening!
Shelle

Years ago, I took a Wilton class, and fell in love with the aspect of decorating. Now, I do cakes for all of my family and friends. It is amazing how a plain ole' cake can turn into a masterpiece. Best of luck to you, I know you are going to love it............

I don't actually pay for weight watchers. I just can't afford it right now. I have a friend who did it on her own so I am doing the same thing. I just have some apps that I use on my phone for everything. So, I don't have access to the recipe builder. Or meetings. We are actually doing a 90 day weight loss challenge at my office

I got to sleep in today...I love sleeping in on Fridays! Makes me feel like I don't sleep my weekends away. I work Monday-Thursdays, 10 hours a day, so the sleeping is much needed!!

Anyway...I have no idea what my menu will be today! So far I have had coffee and a banana...

MagicEyez Chik-Fil-A sounds soooo goood!!! And I know you are pumped about Gary Allen! I just found out that my favorite band EVER is coming to Birmingham in April! I am so so pumped!!! Do y'all love Dave Matthews like I do?!

smashlers When I am eating out and I'm not sure what to get, I always go with some things grilled!! It's the best I can do when eating out!

Hope y'all have a great day!!

Yay ... * shell0416 * you found your way over to us!! You'll get tons of support and encouragement over here .. these gal's are great!!

oksoitsjen ** Im kind of the weirdo that doesnt like the 'normal' chic fil a sandwhichs or even fries really ... I'll think I want one until I get it ... then ... I'm over it 2 bites in! lol .. But the wrap was really good!! The Dave Mathews Band is Amazing!! (not as amazing as GA, but you know ~ lol) I'd love to see them in concert as well. Surely you're gonna go right?!?
