Default Regularity not so Regular

This is odd subject, but I figured someone might have had the same issue at sometime while following the WW plan.

With all the veggies and fruits I am eating I won't think I should be having an issue with regularity, but I am. So I have tried to make sure I get enough daily oil, olive oil, but I still notice that it seems to have affected my daily regularity.

Will this pass, is this just an adjustment stage of the lifestyle change. Any one that has experienced this and has suggestions, please feel free to post them.

Sorry for asking this, but maybe someone else has noticed this as well. Thanks

I'm not on WW but have had the same problem. I solve it with a small glass of prune juice sipped slowly and/or a few prunes every night.

Smooth move tea and more oil. It sucks to give those points away... but that oil can really do the trick.

Also.... coffee. Ha.

I am interested in the responses because I too am starting to have "regularity" issues.

I know I am not always getting the oils every day. So maybe that will help.

I also know I am not always getting enough water every day so that may be part of the problem too.

also jar of strained prunes baby food

I used to think it was the veggies, removed dairy from my diet, and bam, it not only goes every day, but at the same time.

Stay hydrated, more than the 6 recommended, try to shoot for 8-10 glasses of water.

Ha, one of the reasons I stay away from alot of dairy is because I believe I have a problem with milk protein - slow my digestion. But a person would think raw veggies and fruit could only help. I will up my water intake.
