MandeLea- Yay! I am excited to see your vegan menus. Our house is really striving to be whole and totally unprocessed. So far so good. I would consider myself a flexetarian, but lately have been eating a lot more fish than I have in my life! I am also pretty good about not keeping tons of bread in the house, I am sure it is because of my prior successes with south beach diet. I can get a little carried away Do you garden at all? Welcome to the thread!

Actually that question goes out to all you lovely ladies, Any gardeners out there?

SoMuchFattitude- I don't normally buy the stuff that they peddle at the meetings, becuase I am not a huge fan of fake sugars... BUT THESE THINGS. I don't know what they are, but its good food science. My best guess is a compressed sugar free rice crispy treat, dipped in white frosting topped with those cute little dot sprinkles. 2pts of cuteness.

I am also really happy this thread is really movin'.... You guys are awesome!

I worked out this morning, feeling the burn. I have accumulated more AP's than I have ever... If I have a gain this week (god forbid), I know why. Have a great day!

smashlers ** Way to go on your morning workout!!! I sure wish I had it in me to do a little exercise in the morning!! Last night I fell asleep so FAST (typically I lay there for over an hr trying to go to sleep), and this morning I slept through a txt AND a phone call ~ lol .. Zumba must be kicking my butt at night!!! LoL ** Ive been doing some readin on the internet because I cheated and got on the scale the other night after a workout ... and my weight was UP!!! Errrr ... But, from what I can find on the 'web, thats normal. Due to the water you drink during the workout, your muscles being expanded from the workout and holding onto all the water ... A few other factors ... ... They say its totally normal for your numbers to be elevated. Bah, normal is no fun!!! lol ..

I just ordered the Biggest Loser for the wii ... Have any of you guys tried it? I found it on Amazon for $10.00 .. It's got roughly a 4 star rating ... Maybe it'll be good??

MagicEyezI LOVE brussel sprouts! I buy the frozen PictSweet cartons. It's 2pts for the whole carton...Only because they are in a light butter sauce! SO GOOD! I just started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last night. It was rough. IDK about the biggest loser workout but if it's got Jillian on it, I'm sure its worth it!

smashlers I do not garden! I live in a townhouse and don't have room for it right now. But I will one day!! I do buy lots of fresh produce! I eat tons and tons of fruits and veggies. And the big plus is that most of them are 0pts on the p+ system! GO you for working out this am! I just can't work out in the morning!

MagicEyez I read that tooooo. I don't want to gain this week!!! But, i really need to make being active a priority. I don't want to be a big bag of skin when I do lose the weight. lol, but really. I want a wii.

oksoitsjen Believe me... getting up at 5:30 isn't going to happen very often. It was awful and didn't sweat nearly as much as I would have had it not been dark out still.... I will save that sort of commitment to the summer where I can at least go outside and see the sunrise.

smashlers ** Check on craigslist for a wii ... they are going for so much cheaper now days than what they used to go for!! (i'm cheap!! lol ... I like a good discount!!!) Since I have to bowl tonight and tmr night, I'm not sure I'll do my Zumba ... Maybe just a light workout when I get home after bowling. Some crunches or something. I do my weigh in on either Friday or Saturday morning - havent decided yet ... and the last thing I need to see is a jump in numbers ... Talk about frustrating ... Specially since I've been doing well. I would be so mad to see the numbers go up when I know I turned down the pizza!!!! I'm so thick through my middle area, I'm wonderin if doing Zumba is enough?! I know you cant 'target' weight loss ... But like you, when I am able to lose it ... I dont want to be a bag of skin!

oksoitsjen ** I'm gonna have to see about getting the brussel sprouts like that!! Surely I can at least cook those!! LoL ~ I dont know tho, that might be pushing it!!!

oksoitsjen http://www.vansfoods.com/our-products-waffles - They are the Van's Natural Foods Waffles, Power Grains (10g Protein) and I buy them at publix in the freezer section where all the other "healthy" stuff is - like the Vitatop muffins and that kinda of stuff. If you have an organic section they're probably there. I love them with the PB2 (it's a powdered peanut butter) plain because it's a 7pt breakfast for 2 waffles, 2tbsp peanut butter and a banana that has 20 grams of protein and keeps me full!

I also use the vitamuffin deep chocolate tops because they are AMAZING w/ peanut butter. lol

SoMuchFattitude Do you get the PB2 at your local grocery store??

I ended up having a chicken taco for lunch. I accidentally put my strawberries in the freezer =/ so I had an Ice cream sandwich!

Today turned to sh*t real quick - fortunately my eating did not.

I'm going to push for mellow mushroom tonight so I can have a slice of pizza with a ton of veggies and a small greek salad w/ light ranch for 15 points.

Which will leave me with 4 points left - for either a drink or ice cream...it's been one of those days. Ugh

We're half way through the week .. and its blah blah blah ... yeah, not for me!! Even with that yummy dinner lined out, you're still 'gonna have points left over ... Go for it!!!!!

So Much Fattitude ~ Awesome that you were able to stay in control even if the day itself wasn't everything you were hoping it would be. Not giving into the stress and whatnot is half the battle right there!!!!

So, be completely honest.....what is PB2 really like? I'm trying to see if I want to get some. I'm such a HUGE Peanut Butter fan that it can be tough to venture away from the real thing.

Hi everyone! I post all over 3FC but I decided to rejoin WW so I've been lurking the WW board here and I decided to jump in since I should be back on WW online starting Friday.

I have had success in the past with calorie counting and WW(separately, they both work if you follow them) but I like WW because of all the tools available. I'm in a much better place mentally. I used to be very 'all or nothing' and I would set goals all based on weight loss instead of other, more controllable goals...So basically I set myself up to fail.

So hopefully this time I can set myself up to succeed! I decided it's just time, BED or not, to commit. If I have a binge I'll get over it. I would like to lose some significant weight this year but my biggest goal is to just stick to a plan. Stick to it like glue. It's a forever type of glue. Hopefully I can. Some other goals of mine are fitness related.

Stairs are the bane of my fat existence and I'm getting sick of it. I still take them, because I hate elevators, but I get supremely embarassed after taking a flight or two and my face is all red. Obviously losing weight will make stairs easier, but so will some frequent cardio! I also want to save up for a weight set, since I absolutely hate lifting at the gym. I don't know why.

Hopefully I'll be a frequent poster on this thread and throughout the boards! Maybe I can get to the fabled Onederland, which is something I've wanted since I got on the scale and saw it said 230. I've got 61lbs to go and I don't care how long it takes, but I have to be proactive if I ever expect to get there!

You're all awesome btw.
