I went bike riding and ice skating today. I wonder how many other people do both on the same day. I spent an hour and a half exercising today.
Wanted to have a snack before bed last night but was able to skirt by without one. Scale is looking good. If I can hold this weight until weigh-in day, I will be able to confirm another loss. So close to being 'regular' obese rather than class II obese. Two more pounds to go.
I really like the ketone test strips. They are the most consistent indicator for me that I am on track. Scales can be so finicky.
So November 2, was my weight-versary of losing 10 pounds. I had planned on wearing an extra 10 pounds in a backpack the whole day but was too tired. My hubby brought one of his 10 pound plates (weight) for me to use. It seems so heavy- very glad I am not carrying that around on my body any more. Still debating on whether or not I will carry it for a whole day.
