Ugh, it's only going to get worse. Navy Supply Corps Ball tonight. The food won't be great, but I can't even estimate how many alcohol calories I'll consume. Then I'm sure we'll go out for breakfast on Sunday morning (no weigh in for me tomorrow since we're spending the night at the hotel where the event is).

I'm in. I made no progress on last month's challenge, but i didn't really gain either.

I've never joined a challenge before, but maybe it's what I need.
I'd like to get back to my previous 'red line' weight, which was 145 for a long time. Then things started drifting upward again... Currently I'm 149. So I'm just hoping to lose 4 pounds. It sounds easy, doesn't it? But I've been trying hard and I can't seem to make it happen!! Maybe being in a challenge will help?? |
